One of my concerns with going alone is that I wouldn't have anyone to "ride" with, but looks like that won't be the case anymore!!

I really want to come, but I just don't see how I can save enough money to come (plus, I'd have to miss some classes since I'm still in college). I'm still working on it, though.

Count me in (tentatively!). DH runs the marathon every year and goes by himself since the kids can't miss school. For the last 2 years he's been telling me to schedule a trip by myself, I think he feels guilty about making the marathon trips by himself!

I never wanted to go because I didn't have 'reason' to. But this convention sounds like my chance!

I used to be Debbie in Mobile but the Army keeps moving us!

I just signed up. Decided to go the low budget route for this trip and stay at All Star! Based on the proposed listing of activities it does not sound like I will see much of the room anyway. I may move to OKW with my DVC points after the convention and have my mom join me for a few days.

Barry, I was just thinking the same thing as I was waiting for the thread to load!! Great minds think alike!!!! I keep checking in to see who else is going by themselves. There doesn't seem to be as many as I thought. Oh, well, there's enough of us that we shouldn't have to ride anything alone! (I guess you can tell I don't really like riding alone.)
