I've driven twice and both times my neck ends up killing me. Seems like I tense up too much while behind the wheel, especially with the nightmare of trying to navigate through Atlanta when it's raining. I felt so refreshed when I flew I couldn't believe I actually considered driving.
On the negative side of flying is that I'm a souvenir hound and I don't trust commercial airlines with my collectibles. I paid an arm and a leg having my stuff sent back via FedEx. When I drive I load them up in the vehicle myself for the trip home. If something breaks or gets lost it's my own darned fault!
