So that the dis doesn't get over run with these threads I will give it a purpose. Do you think that you can truly hate someone who you have never met except over the internet? And do you think that you can truly hate someone at our young age (under 20)?

Nope. I find it highly impossible to hate anyone. Maybe strongly dislike, but never hate. There's a signifigant reason for this, but I don't really want to get into it.

i can hate someone. and i can also hate someone other than myself. but i do find it hard to hate someone i dont know excpet for over the internet, i can strongly dislike them but not hate

I have never hated someone that I met over the Internet. There are a couple of people in real life though. For me, "hate" means that the liklihood of the person redeeming themself is extremely slim.

Yes, I definatly do. I also *hate* how people say they can love (what's worse is the type who claim they love someone after two weeks) but that they can't hate. It drives me bonkers.

Hate and Love are both very strong words. They should only be used in serious situations. They are meaningful words and should be used appropriately.

I usually say I strongly dislike someone because hate is a strong word with meaning behind it. I do hate one person (long story). But other than that I really don't like alot of people...

On the DIS, I can't exactly say I hate you or I love you. There are some people around here I realize would not be a friend in real life.

In real life, I hold grudges against people; this leads to me not liking them. Really not liking them.

I can't hate them.

I sometimes say I hate people, but when I look at the big picture of things, there's nothing to hate about them. Just enough to really not like them. As for the DIS, there isn't anyone that I really don't like. There are people who I know wouldn't be my friends off the DIS, but that's okay. It's just the internet, no need to be judging people
