$65.00 for that yearbook - and that was ordering it early!
Yikes! I remember my mom freaking out because my senior yearbook was around $30 ... then again, that was
a few years ago.
Lyzziesmom, I just got the photopass pictures!!! I loved seeing them..thanks for sharing!! It looks like you guys had a great time.
I don't know what the problem was... Photopass took forever to deliver them! I know some of you still haven't received them, because I only got I think 4 confirmations so far. I'll resend the ones that haven't gone through yet at some point... the whole HR department is here today so I don't have as much "free" time as usual. Well actually I do, I just need to LOOK like I don't.

I'm glad you liked the pictures! We did have a great time... I like to ask the photographers to do a little something different so we don't have hundreds of the same picture with different backgrounds. I keep forgetting to ask them to take one with my own camera too! I think I only remembered 2 or 3 times... which is better than usual. Especially when it's just me and the kid(s), that way I can actually be IN some of my pictures!
UnderDog: Thanks for the wine snack, I had it for breakfast.
*hiccup!* I was going to ask if I share a birthday with anyone (10/8) but then I remembered... I share it with Ashley and Ruby!

My mom came home late last night, my brother was finally released from the hospital yesterday afternoon and couldn't wait to get home. So I got to see my little Emma bo-bemma this morning!!

Sssshhh, don't tell my mom, but I woke her up. I just couldn't wait to hold her!! It was so hard to leave her to come to work this morning. As I was walking out the door, Emma ran and stood in the doorway, put one hand on her hip and pointed at me with the other one and said, "Don't forget to watch out for people and cars!" Or maybe it was people IN cars. Either way, it was really cute!!

She of course was just as happy to see the dog as she was to see me, but that's ok. She reminds me so much of myself as a kid... the animals always come first. Emma is so excited about her birthday. The next town over has their annual carnival the weekend of her bday every year, and this year her bday happens to fall ON the parade day... I told her we will go to a parade on her bday and she thinks it's a parade for her!
Donna: those Mickey pancakes look scrumptious! The receptionist at my podiatrist's office saw my Mickey purse and necklace, and asked me if I had the toaster. Apparently her friend has one that plays "It's a Small World" while it's toasting?? That might be a little much, even for me.
You guys talking about the Vietnamese/French bakery had me cracking up! There's this (I think) new show about the world's most ... shall we say... interesting foods. This guy travels around eating stuff in other countries that I wouldn't think would even classify as food. Last night I tried to watch, but I had to turn it off when he ate
(skip this part, 2x!) LIVE OCTOPUS! They cut it up in front of him at the fish market, dumped it on a plate, and he ate the pieces, still wiggling. He said the suckers were trying to hang on to the inside of his cheeks!
On that note... I hope everyone has a great day!
PS: 2x, I'm pretty sure that life-sized Jack statue was somewhere around $1500.
