Hi, all!!We're back from Nathan's concert. It was for the K-5th grade, so it didn't last nearly as long as the Christmas program does. Nathan's class did a really neat song, I wish I had a recording of it.

Hey Donna!!! That view was awesome, I think its even better than the pool view- which costs more! (We had a pool view when we stayed there in 2003) Plus, it is kind of a 'water' view because we also saw the water taxi's going to and from City Walk. We actually didn't end up going to the luau. Jeremiah's favorite basketball team the Houston Rockets had an unexpected game on Saturday night and we HAD to watch itSince the luau is only on Saturday's we missed it. On your trip, make sure you remind them of the welcome gift and they will send it right up! We told the guy who brought up our luggage. The walkway to the parks is also very short- maybe about 10 minutes. The water taxi is also short, 5 minutes at the MOST, but if you just missed the water taxi you could just walk. Its very nice and relaxing

Sorry about the Rockets. Nathan was pretty disappointed about their loss. He likes Yao.
We did get a welcome gift last year when we stayed at Hard Rock. I think it was bottled water and fruit, but I don't think we had THAT much fruit!!

Ok cliqueless pals....I got the strangest phone call tonight. So here's the story. My DH (or HisMajesty if you please ) took my DS to the indoor batting cages tonight. I have a special ring set for his cell phone (Aloha...someday I will get that Hawaii trip ). I pick up and some strange man is on the line addressing me as "Queenie" and "YourMajesty"....I'm about to bust. It's none other than the famous MR POZEY! My DH and his amazing ability to recognize people (with the help of someone wearing a Disney shirt ). Anyway let me say that 'our' Pozey is every bit as kind and fun as he is right here on our thread!!!

That was my BIG excitement for the night!

Yes, we had some excitement last night. I’m standing there watching the boys hit in the indoor batting cages, when this man approaches me….. “What is your name?” he asks. Many thoughts run through my mind now……. What have I done? Have I made someone mad and they’ve sent the mob to bust my kneecaps? Do I owe someone money?

Meekly, I answer “Nugent. Ted Nugent”. (Sorry…….that’s a line from the movie “Fletch”). No, I tell him my name is Pozey. He said “I thought that was you. I recognized you from your picture. I’m YourMajesty’s husband.”

Now……..as far as I can recall, the only picture I have ever posted of myself was a picture of me and DW in Disney World around 1987. So, either HisMajesty has an amazing eye for recognizing people, or I haven’t changed much in 20 years. I’ll go with the “amazing eye for recognizing people”.

Anyway…….he tells me he is calling YourMajesty and when she answers he hands me the phone. Well, I have never spoken directly to ROYALTY, so I stammered about a bit while talking to Her Highness. But it was a treat and a great pleasure to speak directly to one of the cliqueless cliquers. How fun!!!

Thanks for Breakfast. Speaking of Kona........I stopped in our local convenience store (QuikTrip) this morning to buy a newspaper. Well, QuikTrip has this HUGE coffee area......but I'm not a coffee drinker. Anyway, they have a new flavor of coffee........KONA COFFEE!!!! Just thought I'd throw that in there this morning.

Thanks for asking. He is doing good. He is out of the hospital, but still has bandages. The has to wear a soft cast on his arm and has started physical therapy on it. He is in a much better mindset now, but they still haven't found the car or the attacker.
