I'll have to catch up later...I've been reading but haven't been able to post. I just had to post this before the boss' get back:rotfl2:

To make you smile.....

I was out walking with my 4 year old daughter. She picked up something off
the ground and started to put it in her mouth. I took the item from her and
I asked her not to do that.

"Why?" my daughter asked.

"Because it's been on the ground, you don't know where it's been. It's
dirty and probably had germs." I replied.

At this point, my daughter looked at me with total admiration and asked,
"Mommy, how do you know all this stuff? You are so smart."

I was thinking quickly. "All moms know this stuff. It's on the Mommy Test.
You have to know it, or they don't let you be a mommy."

We walked along in silence for 2 or 3 minutes, but she was evidently
pondering this new information.

"OH... I get it!" she beamed, "So if you don't pass the test, you have to
be the daddy."

"Exactly!" I replied back with a big smile on my face.

When you're finished laughing, send this to a Mom.

:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Ha ha Ha Ha Ha........that was pretty funn.........HEY!!! :confused3

Thanks for Breakfast Donna!! I love Mickey Waffles!!

Amber -- your pictures are fantastic!! More, please.

Just wanted pop in and say hello. My sister's wedding was lovely! It was outside and the weather cooperated (fellow Tulsa friends would agree that Satruday was very nice). Hope everyone is having a good week. Here's a picture of my youngest son at the weeding.

YM: What a great picture! I just love the smirk on his face. Was that at a museum? It looks beautiful.

I had my lunch date with the exBF today (and of course my hair is totally not cooperating today). It was really nice! We went to Outback and I am so stuffed. I wasn't really nervous or anything because I've been so busy I hardly had time to think about it, but of course I started to get nervous a few minutes before lunchtime. No need - it was very comfortable and enjoyable. He just kept saying that we should do this again. I'm not sure if I'm really ready to jump right back into seeing anyone again just now, but it sure would be nice to just take things slow and see what develops. After yesterday's long lunch at the pharmacy and then today, I am going to have to skip lunch on Friday to make up the extra time.

Lyzzie's teacher emailed that the school district (not her school though) has had a lice outbreak. As a precaution, they "bagged up" the kids backpacks. I have not heard of this before - I'm just imagining all the backpacks being wrapped in Hefty bags! They are allowed to leave backpacks at home the rest of the week. Apparently lice live in backpacks now? Silly me, I always thought they preferred heads! Ugh, it's making my head itchy just thinking about it.

I can't believe I'll be in WDW in 3 days!! I received my gift card from Sunshine Rewards in the mail yesterday - woo hooo!! It's about time -- this was the one that got lost back in January and finally was reissued, I really didn't think it would show up on time. I was just on the phone with my mom and for some reason she thought I was leaving Friday morning instead of Friday night, and she didn't know when I get back either. Scary, since she's my ride to/from the airport!!

In case anyone wants to know, here is our tentative, very flexible itinerary (we have no ADRs because we are on a budget with no DDP):

Friday 5/04:
Arrive 10:55pm, check into ASMu

Saturday 5/05:
MGM morning EMH
Epcot World Showcase: Cinco de Mayo @ Mexico, Children's Day Celebration @ Japan
Back to MGM for Fantasmic

Sunday 5/06:
Magic Kingdom
Lyzzie haircut at Main Street Barbershop
Evening EMH

Monday 5/07:
Blizzard Beach
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf
DisneyQuest and shopping at DTD
Possibly hop over to MK for Wishes

Tuesday 5/08:
Epcot morning EMH

Wednesday 5/09:
Animal Kingdom evening EMH

Thursday 5/10:
MK morning EMH
Hit whatever park we didn't get enough of, or DisneyQuest if we didn't get to it on Monday
Depart ASMu for 7pm flight

This will be the first time that we're coming in the night before our first day, usually we hop on an early morning flight, so it will seem very different! I'm starting to get excited and nervous -- it actually feels like vacation time!! Yay! I wish I could bring all of you with me, October 2008 just can't come fast enough.

That itinerary looks great Lyzziesmom! Let me know how you like Winter Summerland, I want to go there or Fantasia, hopefully in Nov. That's nice you had a good time with the exbf. I hope the lice don't end up at Lyzzie's school!

Good Morning!

Thanks for breakfast Donna and Underdog!

You’re entirely welcome! But Donna makes the best breakfast! ;) Nothing like Mickey Pancakes!!!!!!!!!!:thumbsup2

Maybe I'll try a making a midnight snack? Do you have to be up at midnight for that?:rotfl:

There's not been much going on in my world. I was starting to feel a little better last night, maybe I started fighting this thing just in time.
We had steaks on the grill last night that were absolutely yummy. I love this time of the year!!:woohoo:

Breakfast was simply delicious. Thank you Donna!!!!
love all that butter.:yay:

Morning, kids!

Thanks for the muffins, Donna!

I've been a little under the weather, and tied up studying for a TA test and doing my home study and test for my diving...

I'll try to catch up (hahahahaha!!!)

Linda - Happy Birthday!!!! (sorry I missed it) :( I was shocked when I read Mike has to pay that to his son. That's just ridiculous.

Lyzziesmom - 3 days?!?! Wow, that came quick! Have a great trip!

Amber - the pics are awesome! keep 'em comin'!

YM - your son looks so handsome! We did have some beautiful weather this weekend, huh? I spent it on the couch.

Michele - Lilly's room is SO cute! What a cutie she is.

Ashley - pixiedust: for that tooth problem. Honey, you are way to young to be having all those dental problems - that needs to be saved for the old folk (like me :rotfl: )

Nicole, Lesa, 2x, Pozey, Lin - :wave2: (did I forget anyone? )

Underdog - where's that midnight snack???

All is well in our world except for this stinkin' cold that DH gave me! I'm SO proud of DD, she has a couple friends who are going to WDW around the same time we are, and they're totally unprepared, so she's having a "consulting" session w/ them this afternoon, to help them plan meals (they have no ADRs and weren't going to get any...) and plan their itinerary. That's my girl! :thumbsup2 (yeah, that's a thumb for my kiddo - not the other one...) She gets stitches out tomorrow, and although not RUNNING or anything, is pretty much walking normally and off all pain meds including Advil since Saturday!
