Lesa....I say it's time for some chicken soup and motrin...and then off to work.;) No messing up the MOM's day.:rotfl2:

Amber...ouch I hope it's nothing serious. I agree with the motrin or even some Aleve for swelling.

Donna...thanks for the breakfast! :goodvibes

Michele...Have you seen "our" (that would be me and you) famous picture from WL? Maybe a pm will be in your box.:thumbsup2

Linda...did you have some "real" cake for Kenny. We had trouble scheduling parties this year. I have a niece and nephew that have birthdays within days of my DS. He is having a small sleepoever on Friday.:scared1:

Pozey...I have a baseball question for you. Do you spend the big bucks on bats? I'm looking at a Stealth (last years big barrel....green bat) for my DS. It's on sale for $179. Whatcha think?

I was going to get him the usual ice cream cake, but Mike and Kenny baked one yesterday:cloud9: it was very sweet. Mike decorated it for him while he was sleeping. He loved it. It was really good too! Kenny was so excited w/his roboreptile. It was really cute! A sleepover sounds like a great idea!

He was so excited when I was showing him all his virtual cakes!!! He was counting them:rotfl2: it was too cute!!

My Dh is laughing as he is laying here on the couch moaning:rolleyes:. He's shocked that ya'll know he's home sick!:confused3 :lmao: Chicken soup does sound good!:thumbsup2

Do you guys think we could swap pictures? I don't have many, Michele took most of them, we tend to end up taking the same pictures. I would love to see some of the group shots you guys got!

Amber: sorry you fell on the ice. Glad nothing is broken - hope you feel better soon.

Linda: I feel so bad for your coworker. It sounds like he has a good case to see his children anyway, since the wife is the cheater.

Lesa: Oh no! A sick DH can be worse than a sick child. I feel for you, girl.

Hi Ashley! I was going to say something to you but now I've forgotten what it was. Silly me.

When is this next meet we are all so excited to plan?? I'm guessing WDW will have some new kind of special soon, after the P&P parties are over and the current code expires. Hoping for free dining.

I've been getting the itch to go to that "other park" too... we went last year in March and it was great - warm during the day, cool in the evenings, no crowds... if only that darn airfare would go down!! I love the rollercoasters but Lyzzie won't do them, so I usually have to skip 'em. She's getting just about old enough now that she can go through the line with me and then use the chicken exit and wait in the store, she loves shopping.

I had such a hard time leaving the house today. Since there's no school again today, my mom came over again this morning. Aaaaah... love sleeping in. Emma woke up just as I was about to leave, and she wanted me to just hold her for a minute. Then when I told her I have to go to work, she said, "No work Mommy, just stay here and hold me." I'm tellin ya, if my boss wasn't in town & taking me to lunch today, I might have had to give in to the temptation!!

I have my MRI this evening after work... I'm a little nervous only because I think I will have to lie on my back for about an hour and that is the absolute worst position for me. I can only tolerate it for 4 or 5 minutes before I'm in excruciating pain. I'm hoping I can lie in some other position but no matter what, any position hurts after about 10 minutes. The pharmacy still hasn't gotten in my new Rx either, the stuff that hopefully will work better. Oh well, I shouldn't complain... I guess it could always be worse.

Now I shouldn't forget anything :rolleyes1 Ohio is a no fault state:rolleyes: that can be good and bad I guess...but he'll get visitation no matter what. She can't prove he's unfit or anything so he'll get to see them. I know it breaks his heart b/c he loves them so much. Too early to tell, but maybe she'll just let him have the girls:confused3 .
I hope Mike will be willing to go... depends how soon it is.
Kenny is like that too. I've wanted to stay home with him so many times. The things he can say:cloud9: just melts my heart!
Good luck w/the MRI. I'll be praying for you.

lyzzeismom...I think I saw on the Southwest website that the Florida (or maybe Orlando market) was blacked out for promotional fares during spring break season...does that sound right?

Good luck tonight. I've had a couple of MRI's and I did have to be flat on my back with no movement. They even ask me not to take deep breaths.:confused3 For mine it was a hard table that rolls in and out of the machine. They did have warm blankets. It's extremely loud. If they give you the option for headphones with music I thought it was better than ear plugs. I would take some of your stronger pain med before you go. I hope they find out what's wrong.

Lesa...I would be willing to share my group pictures. I really don't have that many. What would be the best way?

Happy fat Tuesday everyone!

Don't eat too many of those paczkis!!!

How did you know these are what I had for breakfast today? :rolleyes1

YM: Thanks so much for sharing your MRI experience. I really don't know what to expect. All I know is that it is an "open-sided" MRI, but my mom says the top still comes down nearly on top of you. No big deal to me, but it just seems weird. I'm always so tired, I'll probably just fall asleep. They did suggest bringing a "relaxing" CD but I don't really have anything relaxing. That does make sense about the SW fares... I checked again today and they don't even offer their internet only rates for the entire month of March and most of April!! Yikes! I know I went last year in March (to that "other park" right at the beginning of Spring Break season on a very cheap fare, I wonder why they changed it this year? Weird.

I'm amazed... I just checked the site for the child support transactions on my case with Emma's dad, and a payment is on it's way! This is the first payment I will have received since the first week of November... and it's for a whopping $21.69. Woohoo!! How shall I celebrate? (Not sure if the sarcasm is coming across properly in print.)

$21.69....that might buy diapers for a week. that is SO sad! I'm sorry he's such a dead beat lyzziesmom:hug:

Eh... twice I received a check from him for $0.05! I guess the $21 isn't so bad.

What age?

Here is what I think.....I wouldn't spend that much on a bat until they are old enough for it to be an advantage. Probably no younger than 13. A baseball player that is 12 or younger will probably not have the bat speed to make that much of a difference between a "nice" $75 bat and a "great" $179 bat.

The main thing he will need is a bat that he can generate the most bat speed with and maintain control.

Just wanted to give you a heads up. Dicks Sporting Goods has Disney crocs. If you use code DSP20SAVE you save 20% and then if you use Google checkout (as a first time customer) you get $10 off! I just ordered a red/black pair for $13.99 total (shipping free).

I may order the pearl/pink, but they are $17.99 (and I have to use Mike's email to get the $10 off).

Those are the only two adult colors they have, but they have a bigger selection of kids.

Just popping in to say Hi! :hippie: How are all the clique-less DISers doing today? :)
