Good morning, Crew!! It's supposed to be warmer here in Illinois today, but the rain is supposed to start again!!! I think I'll have an omelet this morning with some potatoes on the side. Care to join me?

Lyzziesmom, I think I see some French toast on the next plate!

I hope everyone has a fun Thunder Mountain Thursday!!!
I will absolutely pull up a chair and join you.

I hope I don't make anyone sick......I put Tabasco Sauce and Ketchup on my omelet.

Thank you for that. It's just hard when you finally feel ready and then it doesn't happen right away. It took my MIL 10 years before she had Mike, so I know it doesn't always happen right away. I'm trying to not let it get me down.

Don't get discouraged. Remember you're surrounded by a great group that are here for you and will do anything we can to help you. Have you ready any books or anything? I actually wanted a girl:rolleyes1 so my xsil bought me a book, "how to choose the sex of your baby" it had a ton of info in general in there...that's how I knew that day I would get pregnant, and it would be a boy... basically the boys are faster but don't live as long... ;) You can talk to us. As you know, we talk about our cycles and everything else here:rotfl: Sorry pozey.... lalalalalalala

pozey... you eat your omelet how ever you wish! :) A guy I work w/puts ketchup on about everything... even steak!!!

thanks Donna, that is just what I needed:love:

Good morning you chatty bunch!

Goodness, a girl goes away for a day of relaxing and come back to an hours worth of reading:surfweb: Okay, I don't have a lot of time so I'll just dive in:

kcork1026-- welcome anytime!

Where's sewer? Breakfast has been served. ;)

Jeni- Yup! I hate grey days and we are having a lot of them this year. I just close my eyes and find my happy place (Hawaii, beach, Johnny Depp:rolleyes1 )

Linda-- I'm amazed at how bold thieves can be these days!

Lyzziesmom--

Amber- I waited 9 years for my DS-- worth every moment (most of the time ;) )

Ashley-- great photo's!

:yay: Hi Jeremiah :yay:

Donna- great breakfast as usual!

Well, gotta run and earn my 2 dollars for the day! Have a good day all!

thesmokering.com ?? I've been on that site a few times.
Don't really know... merely speculating.

I will absolutely pull up a chair and join you.

Yum, actually.

pozey... you eat your omelet how ever you wish! :) A guy I work w/puts ketchup on about everything... even steak!!!
Now that's violating a perfectly good steak.

Wait, what does this sweater look like? I just bought a navy blue Mickey Fleece jacket from WalMart with a hood that's red and zips down and has the numbers 28 on it? It was on sale. :woohoo: Is this the same sweater? What page of our thread is the description give on? I was going to pick one up for Sherri too but I didn't. Maybe I should. Hhhhmm.

April: Yep, that's the same sweater!! It'll make it very easy to find each other if we all match!

Musical update: She sang and read for the part she wants. She said she nailed the song "Goodnight My Someone", and had to cold read the scene - both for Marian. She's getting a lot of positive feedback from her fellow drama geeks, they all think she's got the part, but she's not taking anything seriously, there were 2 other girls sing/read for the part. She didn't read for any other parts, though. more callbacks tomorrow, and cast list goes up Friday.

That sounds very promising for Erin... I hope she gets it!

I'm so sorry to hear about the teen in your area. This is so sad!!!! There is a 13/14 yr. old boy that disappeared on Monday. He just got off of the bus from school and was walking home with a friend. They parted ways and the friend said he last saw him walking down a hill but heard and saw a small white truck screech away, then he couldn't see his friend.:sad1:

Have you guys heard about Ali Kemp, the Kansas teen who was killed at the community pool a few years ago? Her killer was found and her dad now puts up billboards to help catch criminals. Anyway, that happened in the next town over from me. At the time of her murder, I was working for her best friend's father. It was pretty bad, because it was in an affluent town and you think you're safe there.

April:: It seems as though there will be triplets on the trip!!!! Your jacket is just like ours!!!!:rotfl2: I wonder how many hundreds of ladies will have theirs on while we're at WDW!!

On our family trip, we all had matching shirts from disneyshopping.com. We saw several other families in the same matching outfits! In fact, Lyzzie and I were over on Tom Sawyer's Island with a matching family, and everyone thought we were together! It was so funny because we kept running into each other. I wanted to take a picture of all of us together, but for some reason I didn't.

2x's weekend to-do list:

sleep---check
sleep---check
Walmart----check
sleep---check

This sounds like an excellent plan. I think mine will be quite similar, except I have at least one, and probably two, kids' birthday parties to attend. Yippy skippy.

I must confess...I never really liked my lime green ones....they are nice to mow in (not that I mow often). These black Disney ones with the red strap look much better. I might wear them on the plane since they are easy to slip on and off. Hey...I'll take lyzziesmom suggestion and wear some birght fuzzy lime green Tinker Bell socks so the Disney shapes will show!:thumbsup2 :rotfl2: You could always get them for you Disney trips...and then venture out if you feel comfortable!

Someone mentioned that the Disney crocs fit more snugly than the regular ones... I know mine do but they are still very comfy. I like the idea of wearing the green socks! I plan to wear mine on the plane, they make security much easier and they are so comfy if your feet tend to swell in the air. To whoever said she tried them on (was it April?): you need to actually have them on for a while to get used to them. I hated them when I just tried them on in the store, but after about 10 minutes I realized how comfy they were.

YM, I'm glad you found some crocs. My Disney crocs are supposed to be delivered today. I read that they fit more snug than the regular ones, so I hope I got the right size.

I am still feeling blah. Mike and decided we are ready to have a child. We have been trying for a couple months now and I thought this month was it. Well, it's not looking promising. I've read that it can take several months, but I was really hoping that it wouldn't take long. We haven't really told people (we told his best friend, but that's the only one who knows in real life). I'm trying to keep a positive attitude, but I am just feeling a little down.

Oh Amber, it was you with the snug crocs. I wear a 8.5 or 9, so I got the Medium and they fit fine. A little snug but I think the Large would have been too big.

Congratulations on your decision to start a family! I do know that if you have been on BC it can sometimes take a while. Just try not to stress about it, and enjoy the trying!!

2x... I waited this long to tell Kenny and hes already going crazy thinking it is too far away:rotfl: Hes getting like Emma and wants to put his shoes on and GO!!

Linda: I think Kenny & Emma are going to get along just fine!! Despite what Emma thinks, she WILL like Kenny!

I just close my eyes and find my happy place (Hawaii, beach, Johnny Depp:rolleyes1 )

So YOU'RE the one who's been invading my happy place!! j/k... you can join Johnny and I on the beach anytime. But you'll need your own blanket, ours is occupied. ;)

Now that's violating a perfectly good steak.

Uh oh... you will hate what I do to my steak. Due to my food issues, any meat I may eat must be thoroughly cooked. If it is even slightly still bleeding, I can not eat it. I'm talking cooked, gray, no pink at all. So, that's strike one. And then I smother it in steak sauce. Strike two. I rarely order steak at a nice fancy steak place, because they get all :snooty: about it. HOWEVER... I enjoy it that way, and that is how I will be eating it at LeCellier. :cutie:

Oh, I'm sure she will...to be honest, I don't know a girl that doesn't like Kenny...he's a little charmer:cool2: you'll see ;) I think they will bring on a ton of great entertainment for us all :) darn, why does that toothy smilie have to be so far down the list:rolleyes: oh well... You're right, they'll be just fine! I can't blame her. She sees this pix of a boy she's never seen and he wants to do what with me??? I don't think so:rotfl: I'm still cracking up "I eat Kennys fries":lmao: I'm going to have to bring her some...candy ones that is ;)

Now that's violating a perfectly good steak.

tell me about it:rotfl: What someone else does w/their food is fine w/me but for me...a good steak should require no steak sauce or anything!

lyzziesmom.... you just enjoy that steak however you want. ;) but now you do have me thinking Longhorn sounds soooo tasty!!! Flo's filet...medium plus:love: mushrooms.... steamed vegetables....ok, now my mouth is watering!!!!!

Linda: I was really bad at Longhorn yesterday! I had the Kansas City strip (my favorite because there is very little fat) and a sweet potato loaded with butter and cinnamon sugar... and then I had dessert! I forget what it was called, but it was sooooo good - a giant glass with cinnamon ice cream in the bottom, then strawberries, chunks of fried cheesecake in a crispy oatmeal coating, whipped cream, strawberry sauce and caramel. Even between Lyzzie and I, we couldn't eat very much of it but I just HAD to try it - and it was totally worth it!

It's OK - to each, his own. just pass the cow over the grill once or twice for me. Moo. :) We won't judge you because you like your cow well done! You're smart not to order steak at a nice steak place, though!

I just looked at the time - and our Lin is about 45 minutes into her interview!

Angela (where are ya, sista

I'm here!! I'm here!! I have been checking in on you all I just was feeling a bit down this week, getting to introspective as I am apt to do from time to time! Thanks for thinking of me. :grouphug:

Go Erin, go Erin, go, go, go Erin! (you need to do the cheerleader chant to get the right tone for that!:rotfl: ):cheer2:

Yummalicious, we had potatoes like that at POR while we were there and they were heavin!! FYI still sticking to my diet (actually switched to doing Weight Watchers) and I'm down a few pounds. Good think cyber calories don't count because I'm gourging those right now!

It will happen:grouphug: Linda gave some good advice about not stressing, stress does strange things to your body. I do have a few tips that I'll pm you because they might be TMI for Pozey. Hang in there!

Ash--Love those pictures!! And welcome to the much heard about (all in a good way of course!) JEREMIAH!!

April--Good luck with the job!!

WELCOME :welcome: to all that are new that I have missed!! I do need to ask sewer, what was the inspiration for your screen name?:rotfl: Seriously...

Talk to you all later

You're not alone, I like my steaks the exact same way. Although I didn't like the sauce at Le Cellier. It was too sweet.

I love those sweet potatoes!

lyzziesmom, I eat me steak the same way. I can't stand to see any pink. At Le Cellier I ordered it well, but it came out medium. Mike traded (although the steak was so good, I thought about keeping it). Beware of the steak at 'Ohana; it was VERY rare.

Angela, glad to "see" you.

Thank you everyone for your encouragement. You are all the BEST!

DznyFan: Do you guys have Texas Roadhouse where you live? They serve their sweet potatoes with caramel sauce and butter... yummm!!

Oh no! That was the only thing on the menu that appealed to me! I wonder if they could cook it more if I asked very nicely? I hate to go and not find anything to eat, especially since it's fixed price. I might end up skipping it and going somewhere else that day.
