Who here has played Halo?

I have and I LOVED it! The story sucked me in and I truly got that they meant when they said that it was "combat evolved". You don't get anywhere by just charging in guns blazing - it's about tactics, planning, teamwork... and now it's a TV series, which I think does it justice, a tough call. Can't wait for season 2 of the TV series.

I only recently got into Halo. Having never had an Xbox I really never played it much. I got The MAster Chief Collection for PC and was very impressed by all the games (I am on Halo 4 now after playing in release order). The first game, considering when it came out, was way ahead of it's time, but it really starts to shine in Halo 3, where I think the hardware caught up to the developers dreams. It's been fun, and I even have a little Master chier figure standing on my PC sound amp.

Oh, and I also liked the show - I know a lot of fans didn't, but I'm not so close to it so I can roll with the changes.

I played the first one, and the film noir one.

As far as story goes, there’s only so much they can do given that Halo is based on the Beyoncé song of the same name.
