Who has used the MasterCard deal-stay 4 nights get one free?

I'm thinking about using this, but I wanted to know if the only way to book this is through the internet? I would love to talk with someone before I book this deal, I have questions, such as the cancelation policy through this deal, also if I can book two rooms? But I can see a way to actually talk to someone about it---does anyone know?

You can call the 1-800 number. The cancellation policy is the same as booking through the hotel. You have 5 days before your arrival date to cancel with a full refund. They said it would take 14 days to credit your Mastercard. We used this deal and I called to see about upgrading and asked about the cancellation policy. You can book two rooms with this deal as well, as long as there are 2 available.

Thank-you, I just made my reservations and got two rooms with the deal, and the lady doing my reservations was SO nice!!!! I choose RPR, mostly because of the pool, well that plus the cost. When I said I wanted RPR, she said 'oh that is a beautiful place, the pool is amazing' I did ask her about the rooms being redecorated and she said she was getting a lot of mixed reviews!!!!
