Who has the Doofenshmertz Line Eliminator-inator DIS-ign?

I remember seeing it somewhere -- a DIS-ign with Dr Doofenshmertz with a handful of Fastpasses that says something about being the Line Eliminator-inator, but I can't remember which thread it is in. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
