So, who has the best onion rings in all the world????? (Gotta try them when I get there!!)

The Dolphin Fountain at the Dolphin! Once I had them the first time I was done for... Had them for the rest of the trip!

Beaches and Cream were good. For something different - Prime Time 50's Cafe. They had these very thins slivers of onion. My husband usually hates onions of any kind, but he ate these. They came with a great horsey-type sauce. Very good size portion also. Highly recommend.

I'll put in a word for Sci-Fi Cafe. If you like the thick, heavily battered style, theirs are great!

Gotta give a slight edge to SciFi also. We love Beaches & Cream's onion rings also, but SciFi's are awesome!
But they are not minced onions, they are whole rings, so the OP might not care for them.

I'd have to echo the other posters and say either Beaches and Cream or Sci Fi. I'd give the edge to Beaches and Cream just because they have better food in general.

I've had them at Beaches & Cream and the Sci Fi and I think Beaches is alittle bit better.

I didn't know that theFlametree had onion rings. I'll have to give them a try next week.

I like any type of onion ring but sometimes like a certain type. Here is a summary of the replies that were given above and I what I believe are their types:

Beaches and Cream: classic whole battered rings
Dolphin Fountain: ???
50's Prime Time Cafe: thin, shoe string style
Sci Fi Cafe: classic whole battered rings
Flame Tree BBQ: classic whole battered rings

Other Places that haven't been mentioned but the menus on Deb's website list them being available:

Concourse Steakhouse: classic whole battered rings. (I believe)
Planet Hollywood: ????
ALL Star Cafe: classice whole battered rings (I believe)
Sand Trap Bar and Grill: thin, shoe string style

Not sure if they were the best on property since I have only had them at one place. The Sci-Fi Dine In had good onion rings, nice thick slices.
