Who has started Christmas shopping?

I have never started shopping this early before, but I want to be on top of things this year.

So far all of my shopping has been for Avery. From Santa she is getting the Little Tykes Fun Sounds Kitchen, Cook n breakfast set (which I got for free with code), and additional pots and food.

I also ordered her 2 games (buy one get one free), 2 paint with water books, mega bloks, a Wiggles cd, her Christmas PJ's, and Finding Nemo DVD.

I have pre-ordered POTC for DH (and me! )

I am doing shopping for my Niece and Nephew this weekend.

I am excited to be shopping already!

YAY!!!! I Love Christmas. I have shopped some, too. Like you, I thought it wold be a good idea to get an early start on my shopping. I bought a gift for my husband the beginning of October and not a day has gone by since then that I didn't want to just give in and go ahead and give it to him! Ack! LOL

I get so excited about giving to people!!

I bought my first Christmas gift in July! I know, that's early, but I found a great deal on a wonderful necklace for my mom, so I couldn't pass it up. I've gotten her one other thing so far, loads of stuff for my son, my mother-in-law is finished, my grandmother is done (a great personalized throw from my sister, her husband, and the 3 of us), my godchild is bought for, I know what I'm getting my sister's husband, and I bought for my uncle. Now if I only knew what to buy for my father and Husband!
So, I'm about half done, although all the expensive gifts still need to be purchased - and we're going to Disney right after Thanksgiving! That's one of the reasons I started buying so early - stretch those bills out so I can buy more there!

I've started. I usually start in Sept., so I feel a little behind. But I'm really doing ok. I always say I'm going to be done buy Thanksgiving, but I never am!! Maybe some year I'll accomplish that task!!!

I've got a good start on it. DD15 is hard to buy for. She can never think of anything she wants!!! DS17 always has a list a mile long. Like me!!

I'm about 1/3 done. I started in August!

My Mom, my Sis and I always take the weekend before Thanksgiving and go to Albany and shop for 2 whle days. I get the bulk of shopping done then.

Any DISers who hang out at Crossgates Mall? Maybe I'll see you next month!

I have my shopping nearly complete for my DS8, about 1/2 way through for my DS2 & my Godchild is done, as well as her sister. I have not a clue what to get my DH. Hey....maybe I'll start a thread!!

I bought a few things and usually after Sept 2--the last of my kiddos birthdays for the year--I kick into high gear. And I did preorder Stitch and Finding Nemo for the 2 little ones (and me ). My 16 yr old is easy--he normally wants maybe one or 2 items and money--lots and lots of money!

Been doing it for months...esp since I send stuff to freinds abroad & all theirs is on the way, but I've not done any shoppping for anyone in my household yet.

I'm nearly done but I'm bad-I'll keep shopping anyway-right up until Christmas Eve. lol I did a lot of the stocking stuff in Disney in August. Happy shopping everyone.

I purchased a few things so far. I found a few things at 75%off at the Disney Store for DS and my niece.
My side of the family is really easy to buy for, we only do the kids no adults. On DH's side we have 25 people to buy for. I wish we could do something different.

I did!! My goal is to be pretty much done before we go to WDW December 6th so when I get back I just have to worry about wrapping. We did buy some games at Toys R Us this week on the buy one get one free deal, a Neil Diamond CD for my FIL and a few other little things here and there. My sons birthday is November 20th so I have to figure out what is for Christmas after that.

We don't have to shop this year We will be in Disney for Christmas and John-Cole will get money to spend there. I'm sure I'll pick him up a few things to wrap and have in the room for Christmas morning...but this trip, MVMCP and IOA are Christmas this year!

I started early this year shopping for my daughter. I think I started in August. She's almost done but now I have to come up with some ideas for the rest of the family .

I'm done my 3 yr. old DD and have started 13 yr. old (she's harder).

I love Christmas and love shopping for it. Oh, and I LOVE Christmas Clubs.

I have just barely started but I am slowly getting all geared up. I can't start shopping too early because I continue to shop up until Christmas and if I bought everything early then I would have to stop.

I did pick DS up a little My First Laptop toy at Wal-mart the other day and I had my Dad pick up a Mr. Potato Head for DS when he was at WDW for a conference a few weeks ago. Other than that I am just working on getting my shopping list worked out. There are so many really cute toys for DS but he doesn't need (and I don't have the money) for them all so I need to decide which ones I really want to get him.

Christmas this year is going to be so much more exciting with DS in the mix!
