Who has had groceries delivered to your resort & what did you order?

We'll be at AKL for 5 nights in July (me, DH, DS9 and DD6) travelling by plane and have Disney transfers. No car. I was thinking about ordering some groceries since we will have a small fridge in the room. For those of you that have done this before:

What did you order?
Would you order again or would you bring food with you in an extra suitcase?
How do you arrange delivery if you arrive late in the evening and don't want to wait around and miss time at the parks?
Do you think it was worth it?
Any recommendations?

We ordered from wegoshop.com and would definitely use them again. The delivery was right on time and exactly as requested! We ordered various fruit, peanut butter, bread, chips, cookies, milk, an ice chest, juice, nestle quick chocolate powder. I think we ordered a few other things. Anyway, they will shop at what ever store you want. When we had our room #, we called wegoshop to let them know the #. They delivered the groceries right into our room at the exact time we requested. It was great to not have to waste valuable vacation time by doing grocery shopping!

What type of ice chest did you order, and from what store did you order?

Hi! I ordered one of the styrophoam ice coolers. I forgot to add that we ordered a case of 24 water bottles, and we used the ice chest to store the water and juice packets. We ordered from Publix based on the suggestion of some fellow Dis'ers.

I just placed my order with wegoshop today for our arrival on June 21. I ordered water, yogurt, cereal, milk, deli meat and sandwich items and a few snack items. I also ordered a bottle of wine, and some other alcoholic beverages to have in the room. I think this will be very helpful as we will be there 10 days. I get tired of going out to eat for every meal. It will be nice to be able to have atleast breakfast in the room and have snacks available for our 3 kids. And of course a glass of wine for mommy LOL.
