Who has a moon/sun roof in their does it

No problems in ours in the year we've had it or in any of the ones in any car my parents have ever owned that had one. It can happen, but it seems pretty rare.

Another New Englander who's had sunroofs in past cars and never had any problems! Now I have a convertible and even though I've got a little leak on the driverside I LOVE IT!!!!!

I have on in my Acura RL. No problems with. Never use it.

I had a mini van with a moon roof that didn't "leak" per se.. What happened instead was the rain and snow would build up around it and when you took a left turn, the passenger in the front seat would get drenched - water coming down like a fast-running waterfall..

DD has had 2 SUV's with sun roofs and both of them leaked.. One also had to have the motor replaced.. Right now she is on her 3rd SUV with a sun roof and so far, so good..

I decided against a moonroof for a few reasons. Firstly, I live in an area of New England where I see more snow and rain than sun. There's probably 30 days a year where I'd actually use the moonroof. Secondly, while it might not be too common to have leaks, when it snows 100 inches a year or more, I don't want to have to deal with the ice on that window or the chance of snow piling on top of it. While it might not leak now, in 7 years it might.

All in all, I didn't think it was worth the money because of the weather I live in. If I lived south, I'd definitely have one.

I live in MA and that was my concern too.

I love love love my sun/moon roof!!

I've had one in almost every car I've owned, and I've never had a problem

I would suggest it - you will like it!!!!

I've only had one car (my very 1st car) that didn't have a sun/moon roof. I highly recommend them and won't buy a car without one. I have never had a problem with one.
