Who gives kids charging privaliges with KTTW Card

We give our kids 13 and 15 charging privallages while in WDW out of curiousity who else give there children charging if you do why and if you dont why

We do. Our kids are also 15 and 13. For us it was just easier than having them carrying around cash. They pretty much know their limits. Never had a problem.
