I know my kids are excited but..... I am so excited. Nearly a week of not cooking or cleaning. Plus my kids are good at Disney there is no fighting, or pitching fits they are happy to be there.

No cooking or cleaning and a week at DL....now that's my idea of heaven. :rotfl2:

Like I tell my husband...camping and fishing is loads of fun....for him. :rotfl:

And everyone we know thinks I'm  cause DL is the only place I want to go.

I have no desire to see Vegas, the Bahamas, Hawaii or Mexico.

Just give me the Mouse and I'm a happy woman. ;)

You know, I honestly can't answer this question.....LOL The kids love it but so do we, we have so much fun when we are at DL...no matter how long we are there for!

My husband and I both get VERY excited. We love the rides just as much as the kids!:cool1:

 It's me  but yes it is so nice for them too!!!!!!!!!!! and mine don't fight there either:love: But I am the excitement queen

Me totally, although the kid will claim it is her.....No fighting, no phone ringing off the hook, no work, no cooking...just fun fun fun. I can't wait.....

 Me Me Me:banana: My son loves it but I'm the one who gets so hyped up. My husband takes me 'cause he knows I love it so much. :cool1:

It's a toss-up. We both get very excited about our annual trip months away from the actual trip!

EXACTLY! Everone thinks we are nuts for going to Disneyland each year. (This was #7) But after camping in Colorado for 10 years DL is like heaven!
We used to have wanderlust and travel all kinds of places but now we are content traveling to 3 different destinations. Guess which one is best to me? DISNEYLAND!
My daughter is a close second in the excitement department and my guys are great about joining in acting excited. Still mom would have to win this one!

Us to! Our friends and families try to tell us "there's more sights to see in the world besides DL." I don't think they know what they're talking about.:confused3

As far as who get's excited the most? I would have to say it's a toss up. Both my DD's, my DW, and myself all go totally  when our trip gets close to starting.

I feel your pain I really do. We are tent campers and we did a LOT of camping last summer. You don't want to see Hawaii? Girl your missing out. My sister is a National Parks and Service maniac all her family vacations are centered around national parks. She has been all over the country. Her 6 year old has been to twice and many states as me. I on the other hand would much rather eat a dole whip after I get off the jungle cruise then see a place that maybe once a million years ago had a fossil.

Currently I am the only one excited. My kids will not be informed of the trip until sometimes along the way on the drive. Its there Christmas present from me. So somewhere after we leave Oregon and enter California I will tell them.

DH never cared for it until last year when we first took the kids. We both love seeing DL though their eyes. DD is not that excited yet but I am sure she will be when we get there. DS hates long car rides so last year he started in on the "are we there yet?" He knows we are going again this year but his only comment to me was "ot's too far away." He meant again the long car ride.

Nope...never did get the whole Hawaii thing. :confused3

Sure it has palm trees, beaches, scantily-clothed natives :lmao: and forests, but between California, Oregon and Washington, I've got the same things without that awful humidity. :faint:

Heck...even our volcanoes get into the action once in awhile. :rotfl2:

I would live in DL if they would let me! By the way Dh said this trip is more for me then the boys...................ok just a little ......:cutie:

Definitely We get more excited than the kids. Dont get me wrong they do get excited but dh and I go nuts. We met at WDW so anything Disney holds a special place in our hearts!

Oh yeah, me for sure! My son is a close second in that though. But me I'm like a little kid the closer it gets. :) I wish I could get my husband more excited and in to DL like I am. He the type that doesn't get excited till he's there, then it's my son and him rushing off to Space Mountain. THEN I know he's feeling it! :)

Also, yes the no cooking and cleaning is a MAJOR plus!
