Seems like a jolly good idea to me, so who's up for it?

Think the girly weekend is the 26-28th September. I'm sure we could find a cheap golfing break for a couple of nights at the same time with a few rounds of golf thrown in.

Let's have a show of hands...

Not sure Gary would fancy the golfing side of things but I'm sure he wouldn't say no to the chance to have a few bevvies with the lads. Having said that, if you make it the same weekend, he probably wouldn't be able to make it as we'd have no-one ot look after the kids.

Hope you get some Guys to go , Looks like quite a few Hubbies are busy :goodvibes
I think it's a great idea for the men to have a get together also ;)

Joh/Nat, surely your kids are old enough to fend for themselves for a couple of days:confused3 Got to cut the apron strings some time;) ;) :lmao:

You know I'm up for it Mattster old boy.

Despite my obvious disappointment at not being able to go shopping with the ladies for two whole days :scared1: a few rounds of golf and a number of beverages should make me feel better.

I'll polish up the whacking sticks. Is there a Hooters golf course in the UK? :thumbsup2

Kev

I shall make sure that Ian takes a look at this when he comes home from work

Gary could always bring Daniel with him - or are you worried he might put your golfing skills to shame Matt ;)

Well said Netty - that is exactly the idea of the girly weekend, give us hard-working Mums a weekend off ;)

Calm down the pair of you. You'll be glad to know that I have no desire to do any bonding with any of your offspring!

As for being put to shame by Daniel at golf, if Kev can sometimes do it I am sure Daniel can:lmao: :lmao:

You could always get the children to carry the golf clubs :goodvibes

My hubby would have loved that hes a PGA Pro any excuse for a round of golf and a beer, but we are in WDW so I cant go to the girls:sad2: , so maybe next time:thumbsup2 hopefully :cool1:

Sorry, should also have stipulated that no-one that good is allowed:lmao: Enjoy your trip though, maybe we'll catch him next time:thumbsup2

Think i might join the girls on the shopping weekend and send my DH off Golfing for the weekend :thumbsup2
I'll ask him tonight to see what he wants to do

Sounds good Jill - would be great if you can join us :)

Just found this Matt. Not got any clubs but I wouldn't mind coming along if I could higher some from the course.
