Another day, another chance to get healthy. I did the four-mile WATP yesterday - still lovin' it! What a stroke of good luck that I discovered this DVD. It's made all the difference in my ability to stay with an exercise plan. That, and of course, all you WISHers!!!
Relatives are coming to stay with us next week. That's going to be a major challenge for me to stay on track. Isn't it amazing what a difference a little change in our schedule makes? Here's hoping I can stick with it - I'll need all of you to keep me motivated!
So how did everyone do yesterday? Time on the elliptical, weight training or even a little Zumba? Tell the world what you did, and FEEL GOOD about yourself!
