Good morning, everybody!

Another day, another chance to get healthy. I did the four-mile WATP yesterday - still lovin' it! What a stroke of good luck that I discovered this DVD. It's made all the difference in my ability to stay with an exercise plan. That, and of course, all you WISHers!!!

Relatives are coming to stay with us next week. That's going to be a major challenge for me to stay on track. Isn't it amazing what a difference a little change in our schedule makes? Here's hoping I can stick with it - I'll need all of you to keep me motivated!

So how did everyone do yesterday? Time on the elliptical, weight training or even a little Zumba? Tell the world what you did, and FEEL GOOD about yourself! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Another 30 minute yoga routine for me. :)

Today I go see an instructor about some Tai Chi classes -- see what that schedule is and if it's something that will even remotely fit into my schedule. I doubt it, but it's worth checking out. :)

Rainy day yesterday so did not get out to walk
Did 10x's around the gerbil track this morn. When we return from Tombraider planning on another 20x's

Eeek, I am so out of my cardio routine!

Yesterday I did some crunches (but not all that I could have!) d'oh and I did 25 manly-man push ups (2 sets ot 10, then a set of 5) and then the bent knee push ups, worked my tris and shoulders with hand weights.

Phew! I'd better get back out on those rollerblades next week!

I did! Did my 20 minutes of free weights and 35 minutes of cardio in the morning. Then did my crunches, push-ups (10 sets of 10 - some incline, some decline, some one foot, some spread eagle, some regular - TigH you can do it!) and then 25 more minutes of cardio. Whew! Tired, sweaty, but I felt so good! Then got Chinese Take-Out from the "For Whom On Diet" column (i.e steamed mixed vegetables and steamed chicken with brocolli) to which I added a couple of tablespoons of Terriyaki sauce.

I did my 50 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and then I'm taking today and tomorrow off. I'll be back on there Monday morning.

I did 40 min. on the elliptical trainer. Yesterday was the first day I finished and didn't feel like I was going to die. Well, off to do it again!

My usual 20-minutes Mari Winsor Pilates and 2-mile WATP!!! All this working out this week really showed as I was down 1.8 lb at weigh-in this morning!!!! Wooohooo!!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
Good luck everyone!

For the first time I did the 2 mile WATP DVD and used weights with it.

After only 1 week at 1 mile I decided to give it a go so I can hopefully meet my minigoal by August 4th. (Keep your fingers crossed for me, 3/4 of a lb. and 2 days left).

I did the 2mile WATP tape yesterday. I haven't done anything today and it's now 10pm. I feel a bit like a slug now but I worked 8 hrs today and then went out to dinner with my mom so I really didn't have time to do anything and now I'm just too sleepy. I was good at dinner and didn't get soda, just unsweetened ice tea. I'll definitely do at least 2 miles tomorrow to stay on track.

I did Power 90 cardio 3-4 and Power 90 Abs 200. I also pulled my grandson in his wagon for 45 minutes!
