I did 1 mile on the treadmill. First I talked myself out of doing the 1 mile WATP b/c I needed to read for class but then I talked mysefl into at least 15 min on the treadmill and I could read while I walked. I ended up doing 20min (1mile) and reading a book for fun, not for class. Oh well at least I convinced myself to exercise yesterday.
 
I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn plus Abs last night. This was the first one that really made me tired. I did a lot of modified moves, because it was almost all cardio and the moves are SO hard! I haven't sweated that hard in a long time. I really feel I worked hard!

I had to pick up some things in town so I walked twice. That is approx. 4 miles.
 
Doesn't it feel great to work exercise into our daily lives??!! Great job!!
I did my Pilates tape before work...felt good to come home and relax....

I did the 50 minute Pilates workout. I am noticing that I am improving...still doing some things modified, but getting better.

I did not do TM as my knee was bothersome yesterday and I don't want to cause injury...just want to be able to do exercise.

I am hoping to do a 5k or 2 in October so I need to be able to participate. (Susan Komen Race for the Cure 10/11 and the local marathon/5k here on the Towpath 10/12.) Wouldn't ya know they would BOTH be the same weekend.
 
I did a 50 minute advanced tae-bo workout... 30 minute tae-bo moves then 20 minutes floor exercises. It felt good :D
 
I did the 1 mile WATP tape w/ Ab belt (1st time doing this one). I should have done the 2 mile (since I do the 2 or 3 mile tapes w/ weighted balls) - but felt very lazy last night and didn't want to do more.
 
Twice for me! Walking in the morning and Curving in the evening. :p

Today makes ONE MONTH of exercising every day! Yippee!

Great job, everyone. Let's keep moving!
 
:wave: 45 minutes cardio and 30 minutes of lower body weights and sit ups.

I walked for a bout a mile yesterday, pulling DD and DS in their wagon. It felt great to get up and move!

I walked 3 1/4 miles yesterday at our local park. I usually do WATP tapes, but it's been so nice here, I hate to exercise indoors. I have noticed that I am losing more pounds per week now that I am excercising everyday.

This is my first time posting to one of these "did you exercise" threads - that, in itself, is quite an accomplishment for me! Hopefully I'll be joining this thread more often!

I did the WATP 1 mile yesterday morning. I also wore my pedometer all day and exceeded my goal of 10,000 steps.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP Express.

Does anyone know if the 3 mile with weights is still available?

I like the 3 mile, but it is really tough.

Last night made 7 consecutive weeks of exercising on Kamy's chart. Only missed 4 days in Ozarks.
