I'm finally getting back to exercising. I think my work schedules are now somewhat stable so I should be able to get back into a routine. I know I've been losing without exercising lately but I really want to make my Turkey Day goal and get some muscle tone.
Last night I did 1mile WATP.

DH & I also bowled twice last week, & I'm getting a lot of exercise in cleaning out our very full of junk basement!
