I rode my bike for a little more than 20 minutes. Went about 4.5 miles and 200+ calories burned. I felt lazy and didn't want to get out the bed so I hit the snooze button once too often. I'd still rather work out first thing in the morning than take a chance on working out later in the evening when I might be too tired or something might come up.
Did half of my "Firm" body sculpt video. 20 minutes of lower body weight training. I ran out of time so I couln't do the upper body part. But I got on the scale this morning and I dropped another pound bringing me to a total of six pounds lost since the beginning of this month!
I haven't been on the treadmill for almost a month. We just got back from WDW on Tuesday evening, so Thursday morning I started out with 20 minutes. I figured that was better than nothing and it was a start.
