Hi everyone! After three days off from the gym I am back to my normal routine...50 minutes of cardio for me today? How about you? I have been reading the exercise threads and it is great to see so many people dedicated to getting into shape!! Keep up the great work everyone.
I love to read the exercise threads, too--it really keeps me going! Have a great Monday!
.So i done 1 mile on the treadmill and 100 crunches and 100 leg lifts.and a little bit of weights for my arms.
I need something to mix up my routine....I hope the 2 mile tape arrives soon. And, I asked my brother for my stationery bike back, at least I can watch something other than Leslie while I exercise.
