Two workouts for me, 40 minutes of jogging in the morning, and Curves after work.

Great job, everyone! Keep it up!
 
I did 30 mins on the EFX and then ran/walked with DS for oh, I'd say 20 mins. I really stressed my joints on that little ego trip! :rolleyes: It made doing my Pilates today miserable. :(

Hmm... Does chasing after my daughter, after she escaped from her stroller in Marshall Field's count? I finally got her underneath a rack of women's thongs. Oh, after that I went to curves.
 
Took a 30 minute walk at lunch time and went to Curves in the evening.
 

I did my 2 mile WATP tape in the evening.
This snow has made it impossible for me to walk at lunch or break time. Hopefully the sidewalks in the city will be clear enough next week.
 
:wave: I walked around the city for over three hours and then I went to the gym and did 50 min. of cardio...so I think that would count as a double workout. ;)
 
Did my 30 minutes on the exercise bike. I hope to add one of my FIRM videos alternating days next week to give myself a little variety.
 
I walked two miles on my treadie.

Did my Pilates routine today and a walk to the grocery store, shopped and then back home.
