I spent 30 minutes on the exercise bike yesterday morning. For some reason the read-out was on the fritz but it was about 7.5 miles. I watch music videos and when there's a song on I like, I tend to peddle faster! Silly I know.
I did the 4 mile WATP and I'm doing the Couch to 5K running program. I did Week 2 day 3. That was about 25 minutes on the treadmill alternating walking and jogging. It feels great!
