Who exercised Monday 12/1?

40 minutes of jogging/walking in the morning, and a Curves workout in the evening for me.

I spent 30 minutes on the exercise bike yesterday morning. For some reason the read-out was on the fritz but it was about 7.5 miles. I watch music videos and when there's a song on I like, I tend to peddle faster! Silly I know.
 

I did the 2 mile WATP. I was going to skip it last night but my husband made a crack about slacking off...so to spite him I did my walking!
 
We just moved so I fell off my exercise schedule for 2 weeks but I started again yesterday (Monday 12/1) with the 2 mile watp.:wave2: :wave2:
 
I did my "Firm" ab tape PLUS a 30 minute Hula workout for beginners tape on the 1st.

And I did my "Firm" cardio (40 min tape) yesterday!
 
I did the 4 mile WATP and I'm doing the Couch to 5K running program. I did Week 2 day 3. That was about 25 minutes on the treadmill alternating walking and jogging. It feels great!
