Who else is staying at POP CENTURY the last week of AUGUST?

The DH and I will be at the Pop from 8/29 (my birthday ) to 9/4 for our very first trip to the World! I am very excited. Hope to meet some of you there!!

This will be our 2nd stay at Pop. Love it!

We initially booked the Dolphin, but as soon as DDP free offer was posted we switched.

We are in Woburn, right off 128. Usually when we fly we go out of Logan (we have a Logan Express about 5 minutes from us), but this trip we are driving. We are getting APs so this is going to be our cheapy trip so we can do a nice trip over Christmas.

We will be there 8/25-9/1! As soon as the free dining came out, we decided to go back. Wow, I can't believe we'll be there the same time as the fortune-cookie group - I'm so excited! I followed your story as you were planning your surprise - how wonderful it was! We were just there in December, but can't wait to go back. This will be our third stay at Pop - we love it! Hope to see you all there!

Another New Englander checking in for the Pop, 8/27 - 9/2. This is a girl's trip with my mom, my DD 11 and her best friend. We were watching for SW to release our dates but gave up and purchased jetblue out of Logan. Oh well, TF is much more convenient but I paid much less through Jetblue. I'm so psyched that we'll be there at the same time as the fortune cookie group. I have to admit that I was trying to figure out how to surprise my daughter, read your report and thought the fortune cookie idea was awesome. I hope you don't mind but I borrowed the idea and switched the fortunes to tell my daughter and her friend that we were going to Disney World. They didn't believe it at first but then totally lost it! Looking forward to seeing you all at Pop.

Hi Robin! Does your DD know about this trip yet? How old is she? My oldest DD(11) knows, but the other two (DS-9 and DD-6) don't. I don't know how long I will be able to keep a secret... I am just way too excited! I have to minimize all my IE sessions everytime one of them comes around. For our trip in 2004, I did a ton of research on the budget board (hotels, cars, passes, and ways to save money on food). I must say I find myself kind of lost with the air, hotel, food passes and transportation (not renting car) all taken care of! What do I research now?? Sort of been thinking I should request a specific building at POP, though don't know which. Oh yeah, and gotta figure out which park to go to on which day. and where to eat!!

I booked thru Southwest. Are you flying in? You will probably beat me there since I am coming from the west coast.

Hey, does anyone know if the Wonders of Life pavilion will be open in August? I was surprised to find it closed when I went June 2004. Thanks!

I booked thru Southwest. Are you flying in? You will probably beat me there since I am coming from the west coast.

Hi there! Yes my daughter knows all about the trip.. can't keep any secrets from her. she ALSO goes to sleep with the Disney books, dbating which rides and which restaurants!

I'm not sure yet how we are coming down! Prices on Southwest are still too high for me,.. We are toying with the idea of driving.... I also am thinking of Amtrak or driving down to Lorton Virginia and hopping on the Auto train! So many thoughts!

See I can keep thinking of things to think about!

AND YES It wasn't HOT enough for Dh to go in the pool in AUgust last year! He just doesn't get in the pool! Alll I know Is Jenna and I loved the pool! Especially the quieter one near the Mighty ducks!
