I was sorely disappointed last year when the 2020 itinerary came out and saw NYC cruises were only going to Canada and Bermuda. Someone explained that the Magic was coming off dry dock and they had to shorten the dates or something like that. It made sense, so I accepted it and was looking forward to the release of the 2021 itinerary. Much to my dismay.....no NYC- Bahamas again next year!!! Come ON! a 7 night cruise had 4 sea days (yes!) CC and a day at WDW. The WDW excursion was "free" (not really, you just paid for it in your fare) but you were given a ticket and bus ride to the parks. Best day EVA!

I am one of the people that really really want NYC to be a permanent dock for one of the ships, once the new ships come out. Not if we are just going to get Canada and Bermuda.

im disappointed there probably won’t be any dcl cruises in 2021

DH and I were also hoping for the cruise with the WDW stop out of NYC again. We ended up booking the Oct 9th NYC cruise to Bermuda for 2021. We figured it was a new port for us and we like sailing out of NYC cause it is so much more convenient for us.

If it's a popular destination I imagine they want to force people to depart from FL so that they'll be tempted to tack on a couple of resort/park days :rolleyes1

I would have liked for the stop at WDW to have been added to the NYC-Bermuda-San Juan itinerary instead of Tortola, because Tortola doesn't interest me but a park day would have been fun, especially if it came with 3 anytime FP.

Bermuda is similar to the Bahamas/Caribbean. I've been in August and it has Eastern Caribbean vibes

Been on 10 cruises, maybe our favorite was 8 night Thanksgiving cruise out of NY with Marvel Day at sea. Stopped at Port Canveral (spent Thanksgiving Day in MK), Bahamas and Castaway Cay. It was awesome!!! Wish they'd bring to back

Me, me, me......I really wanted to do a 7 or 8 day NYC Bahamas cruise like in the past. We have done it a few times and would have loved to do it again in 2021. Instead we booked the 6 night NYC to Canada but it not my favorite itinerary. We love cruising out of NYC as it is less than 30 minutes from our house to the port. So convenient and no airlines involved.

I don't know if you remember but you and I had a nice long chat one cruise in the hot tub by the adult pool!!!

Me! We did last fall's, and it was our first cruise ever. We did it in large part because the itinerary was PERFECT for us. We love sea days, I wanted to take the kiddo to WDW, and flying is not great for us, so going on a cruise out of Florida probably isn't going to happen for us at all.

We did book a 2021 fall cruise out of NYC that we really hope happens, and are excited about it, but still super bummed that they're not offering that same itinerary again. :(

I would love for DCL to sail out of NYC in the summer. I know it won’t happen with the Magic in Europe, the Wonder in Alaska, and the Dream and Fantasy in PC, but a girl can dream. We sailed the Magic out of NYC in the summer of 2012 and loved it so much! I’m a teacher and with my boys in high school, we will never be able to sail out of NYC any other time besides summer. We live about 3 hours from NYC and found it so convenient, plus we loved sailing by the Statue of Liberty and the city views. Just beautiful!

We LOVED our November 2018 NYC cruise with stops in Castaway Cay and PC for a day at WDW! It was an amazing cruise. We had Thanksgiving on one of the at sea days and everything was decorated for Merrytime. The WDW day was such fun! We were so disappointed that there are no NYC to PC cruises in the Fall 2021 release.

We did that in 2012. We went to Nassau, CC, and PC/WDW. Wasn't my favorite itinerary though, although 3 sea days was enough for me. I do wish they'd have a ship full time out of NYC. It would be nice to have some 7 or 9 days cruises, particularly in the summer! It's tough to make the current ones work with school schedules but we do love the NYC-San Juan Merrytime cruises!
