Who do you think the killer is on Days of Our Lives?

Not sure if this should go on this board or not, but I am an avid watcher of Days of our Lives, even though I work FT.

Who do YOU think the Salem Stalker is? Typically women are not serial killers, but I think it is Caroline Brady.

What would make you think Caroline?? I tape it every day and try to watch at night.

I just don't know who to think it is...but I'm sure it's NOT one of those 7 they're trying to push down our throat.

It's really got me confused, that's for sure!!!!!

I havent watched Days in soo long...I used to watch it with my grandmother..while eating freezer pops while she crocheted...catch me up whats going on?!?!?

I think it's a person that was once a captive of Stefano (ie programmed to kill), which would mean either John, Roman or Marlena. There are a bunch of people speculating that Hattie Adams (remember a few years ago when Stefano hired a woman to impersonate Marlena) might have traded places with Marlena when she was supposed to be off visiting Eric, and thus she is the killer.

How many spoilers do you want to know? There are confirmations of actors who are leaving the show, and their characters are going to be the next victims. That could affect people's theories on who the killer is. There are 2 actors who are confirmed leaving that will be victims and 2 other actors who are leaving but we don't know what will happen to their characters.

I'm not sure I like this whole thing though. I read an interview with Mr. Reilly where he said they needed to have major characters as victims because people wouldn't care as much if Henderson were to be murdered. And on one level I understand, but the result is they're murdering the show's history, and I'm *this close* to not watching anymore. It was Jack and Jennifer's relationship that got me hooked on the show in the first place, back when Jack owned the Spectator and Jen was involved with Emilio.

I like the Caroline theory but I am not sure. I think it is someone who is a good person who has gone psycho. Caroline fits the bill. Until yesterday I was thinking it was Mickey. Who else would Maggie let in the house and he could have messed himself up. Who knows??? I used to watch it regularly but with the moving houses I have not watched much in the past few months. Have caught it a bit in the past few days though. Not sure I like the way the show is going. Heard they are/were firing several regulars back in the summer. I guess we will all find out eventually.

I missed today's show, but watch most everyday. I too think it's going to be someone that has been "brainwashed" or something. I was really thinking it was going to be Rex and that he had no idea (doing it under hypnosis or something), but now I'm at a loss. I just can't believe Caroline would be it. Does no one think that the whiskey bottle could have just came from the pub, thus having her fingerprints on it. That would seem easy to explain to me. I too get frustrated when they kill off those that we've watched for 20+ years.

Well now that Rex is behind bars he is setting Cassie up to do his dirty work. I think the 2 of them have guilt written all over them. I rarely get to watch DOOL anymore. I just happened to catch it today for a few minutes before going to the ice rink.

I think Stefano is doing the dirty work himself. Ever since he started talking to Tony on the phone I thought he was setting all these people up so that there would be lots of suspects. Everyone thinks he is dead what easier way would there be to kill and not get caught. I am very sad at the characters they have killed off so far. I hope the killing stops soon.

I also think it's stefano, or one of stefano's cronies. I'm really upset that they killed off so many good people.. especially jack, him and jennifer were one of my favorite couples. I'm kindof hoping it all turns out to be fake deaths... but i'm not sure if that'll happen.

I think it is Stefano also.....the characters I am most upset about loosing are Jack and Tony, I will really miss them. (But, I won't miss Cassie at all!)

And because this is on the recipe board, I thought I would add a "Days" Recipe! Hope you don't mind! Remember they had a cookie contest not too long ago in the story line? This is the cookie that won.

Alice's Favorite
White Chocolate Almond Cookies

Ingredients:
10 tablespoons (1 ¼ sticks) butter, softened*
1 ¼ Cups sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ teaspoons almond flavoring
2 Cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup (6 ounces) white chocolate chunks
1 Cup (4 ounces) slivered almonds (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, cream the butter and the sugar. Add the egg and almond flavoring, mixing well. Add the flour, salt and baking soda and blend. Stir in white chocolate chunks and almond slivers. Drop dough onto cookie sheets lined with baking parchment or waxed paper, spacing two inches apart. For 2 ½ inch cookies, use 1/8 cup dough; for 4 inch cookies, use ¼ cup dough. Bake 8 - 10 minutes for medium and 10 - 12 minutes for large (until the tops appear dry). Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before placing cookies on wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 24 medium (1 ½") cookies or 12 large (4") cookies.
" To soften quickly, microwave 20-30 seconds on Defrost setting.

Cooking Time: 8- 12 dep.

Temperature: 350º

Servings: 24 medium

I didn't know that Tony and Casssie were leaving the show. I can't believe that they keep killing off these great characters.I'm glad someone else agrees with me that Stepheno is the one who is behind the killings. Hopefully it will stop soon but I heard this story line won't be finished until early spring. Keep on watching

Roman will be gone soon too......I think he is the last one. So the order of the last ones leaving are Cassie, Tony and then Roman. That should be the end of it!!! I hope anyway!
