Who do you contact when the VMK card codes don't work?

I did a search and could not find an answer to this one....so have patience with me.

I recently bought VMK pins at Disneyland and I have one card with a hat code that says it is invalid. I have tried it over and over and I get the same result. Who do you contact when the codes don't work? TIA :goodvibes

contact us has gotten mixed results. But it is really your only option on code failures.
 
I would suggest if you have that same item in your inventory to transfer it to another account before you send it in and hear back from them. They will say you received it already.
 

I will try to explain it in better detail.

When you click the Contact Us link on the VMK Home Page, you'll get a drop down menu of options. Choose the "Code Does Not Work" option.

When you get the text box to explain the problem, specify the exact item the code is for (in this case, sounds like Seagull Nest Hat) and also type the code you tried to use. They will be able to determine that the code hasn't been used and put the hat into your inventory.

That's how it's supposed to work, but I'm not sure it does. Some players never got a response for faulty code reports. Others recently have had better luck. Good luck to you!
