Who do I contact about problems with the BOG FP lunch?

I'm unable to get the BOG site to offer me dates for after our cruise. Instead, it just offers dates that are a week out from the arrival date of the 1st part of our stay, which is for SWW before the cruise. I can't find any way to change this. I'm not sure if I put in the incorrect Resv# or not, because it won't give any options to put in our after cruise resv#.

I even thought maybe if I selected the last day that was showing, and made a FP, that I could go back in & make changes & it might advance the calendar to the days I need. However, that makes no difference. In fact, I can't even cancel that unwanted FP now. I really want to cancel it to free that time up for others.

Who do I call to do that? Would it be Dining? Or would it be IT for the FP's? (I don't know the ph# for IT.)

Has this happened to anybody else? Anyone have any ideas? I'm really needing some help here, and quickly, so I can get our FP for lunch before they're gone.

Thanks so much!

If you have not received an email inviting you, then unfortunately you can't contact anyone about this. The BOG FP lunch is technically by invitation only and anyone you would call would tell you this. Going directly through the link is not supported by Disney (in terms of problem solving) but it does work. However, the site is set up to only offer one week at a time. After your first day on site, the 8th day will open up and after your 2nd day on site the 9th day will open, and so on. If you want a day after your first 7, you'll have to wait until you are there.

If you have a separate confirmation number for your stay after the cruise, try creating a 2nd account and using that confirmation number.

As for the fast pass you scheduled, there is a link to cancel when you go into the site. It under select, view, and modify.

I was able to set up a second account with my reservation for our hotel in week 2 and managed to make a second BOG reservation so this should work

I've tried to cancel, but the only thing "bolded" is the select or modify area. Cancel is greyed out.

I was wondering, when you made your 2nd acct, did you put it under your name or another family member? How exactly did you do the 2nd acct? A different email address? I just don't want to mess this up.

Thanks.

If "Cancel" is greyed out, then you didn't really make a reservation the first time, so there is nothing to cancel. For whatever reason, it didn't "stick" when you thought you made it the first time. It did that to me before our March trip and I suspect that it is because I went just to the link and didn't go through the email invitation. When I went to the link through the invitation, then it finally kept my reservation and we were able to go. I wonder if they system is recognizing when you go there just through a direct link or if you are being redirected there through the email invitation because it is a redirect through the email invite, you don't go straight to the link.
