Who Did The Peachtree Roadrace 2008?

I did

I was in group 5. My sister was in group 2

I did, I was Time group 1A. My time was 1hour even. A little slow for me. The cold I had last week got me down more than I thought. I still had fun though. It is a fun experience.

I was in group 2. Time 1:13.

Now the bigger question? WIll you do it again? I really disliked the way it ended and the "trek" to the parking lot so...

I know that they were doing the best thye could given the restrictions that they were put under but the new finish was uphill and the long walk to even get to an area where you could access Marta was tough. I will probably do it again though. It has become pretty much a tradition fo rme now.

DH saw someone in a WISH shirt today.
He was gonna say hello, but by the time he got over they were gone.

He ran in group 2.

Group 1A for me...did it in 50:07, slow compared to my last few 10k's but it was a good race nonetheless...

Now I'm focused on avenging that US 10k Classic demon come this Labor Day....

I did it. Group 2 and I PR'd in 1:06:37. And, the Peachtree by itself had more hills than both of my other 10k's combined. I had a blast and will do it again! Thanks Cruella D Mom!!!!!

I will do it again. This was my 3rd Peachtree. The ending was different and you had to have more steam just to get your t-shirt
