Who covers the extra nights worth of tips for the Dream?

I'd bet Disney covers tips that are extra. My Dd was a CM during Irma when the parks closed for 2 days. All CM's who had shifts scheduled were paid for those shifts. And the CM's were given the option of coming in for clean up and getting paid as well. She was on the DCP and even those CM's got paid.
For all the money grabbing they do (and really they should be paying the CM's better) they do take of their own during these things. Those that were on ride out crew really wracked up the dollars as well as many went into double OT
