Who can use Disney Childcare clubs?

We are staying at a All Star Movies. Can we use the Childcare Clubs like Neverland or do you have to be staying in a Deluxe?

Is there a good site to get details about the different clubs and maybe some photos?

The clubs take children on a space-available basis; at WDW, you don't really even have to be staying on-site, though the clubs will usually assume that you are once you get there (will ask for your resort and room number.)

Can't help on photos; we've never taken any, I rather think that they would frown on taking photos of the clubs when there are other people's kids present.
