Who can I email about my awful experience with DME?

It took us 3 hours to get to the Yacht Club. I travel with a electric wheelchair and they could not find a bus with a working lift. The first one had a big sign that read Out of Order. That is not a good sign after you wait 30 minutes and they tell you that your bus is finally here.

Here is the email and I've found them to at least give you a response if you request one. wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com. Disney's ME should be named Disney's MM (magical mess). How magical is it when you have to wait hours to get to your resort only then to wait 4 hours more for your luggage? It has a long way to go before I'd recommend it to anyone.

I assume you asked for electric wheelchair transport when you made your Magical Express reservation.

Magical Express is supposed to accommodate you, but, from your posting, it seems that Mears does not properly maintain the lift equipment — and that nobody tried very hard to accommodate you. That's unacceptable, and the WDW executive office needs to know about it. There's also the legal issue of compliance with the ADA.

Two hours to the resort is barely within tolerances (quality control, not human nature). For the third hour plus the time to resolve the issue, three extra fast passes per person, good at any time at any park on any ride, would have been a fitting request. Most importantly, as the resort manager produces the fast passes he will be more likely to make a mental or written note to bring the matter to the attention of Magical Express.

Can Disney Transport buses make the trip to the airport? If this problem happened going home, it would be more critical although a no-brainer to resolve if the enxt park bus was diverted to chauffer you.
