Are EMH's only open to resort guests or open to all?

They are only available to disney resort guests. They will check for resort ids. Evening extra magic hours require a bracelet given out at designated park locations.

Yes, only resort guests. You also have to show ID to get the evening EMH's. If you don't have a bracelet & try to get on an attraction after EMH has started the CM's will turn you away.

OK now I get it. I was wondering how they would know if you were a guest besides asking you - I was imagining every CM asking as your walking through. AHHH the bracelet.

There are designated areas in each park that you can get your bracelets from. They start giving them out about an hour or 2 before official park closing.

If you can't find one just ask any CM & they will direct you to a location.
