Who are these people that WDW hires for online chat/info???

Does anyone else find that WDW online chat is basically a waste of time and that the information they pass on is iffy at best???

This can be said for a lot of Cm's unfortunately.

Which is why it's usually a better idea to get questions answered here on this forum

Never trust any info you get from an online CM.
Never trust any info you get from an onsite CM unless it is very directly related to their job.

Oh, and to answer the question you asked in your title, they're just regular people whom Disney hires and doesn't bother to properly train.
