Who are Canadian peeps using for transportation now MCO to WDW?

My experience is that Mears will pick you up 4 hours prior to an international flight. It's 3 hours for domestic. I once had to argue with them to get the 3 hr pickup when we were connecting in Houston but they argued that our destination was international. In the end I won and we had lots of time anyway and I'm a "can never be too early" kind of person.

I don't mind being early. We just got back and used Mears. 2:35 pick up time for a 6:00 flight (domestic, to Detroit). We were the first pick up, 3 more resorts after us (all very quick stops though). There was a traffic jam on the way to MCO, so the driver actually got off the interstate and took a detour. Arrived at MCO to find it a total zoo. I have never seen it like this before. The luggage self drop-off line was huge. So glad we had TSA precheck. Bottom line...better to be early and have time to twiddle your thumbs, than be late and miss your flight or be stressed about possibly missing it.

We use Gearfusion. Have used Uber as well, but don't love the chaos of dozens of people crowded around the roadway trying to see if its their car that's arrived. For the cost difference, being met at baggage claim with a car ready to go, carseat installed and set for our grandson who has been on two trips with us now, is the best. Great friendly people every time too.

We always use Uber/Lyft if it's just us, but last week we had a party of 5+ including people with disabilities so I wanted to ensure an easy ride for everyone and booked Away We Go based on feedback I've seen here.

Zero issues, great vans, and professional drivers on rides both from and to the airport. Highly recommend and will use again if I have that many people.
