Who’s excited for Lunar New Year?!?

I can’t wait for Disney to release more info. I want to see what the new character outfits will look like - I don’t believe they have had Donald and Clarabelle meeting in LNY outfits before.

Is the food good at the festival? What’s some of the standout favourites to get?

It’s nice WOC is on this year, I think every year I’ve done LNY WOC has been down, they are going to have a little LNY pre show too.

Food-wise I'm always on the lookout for the Whole Fish!!! It looks intimidating. Some years the flavors are better than others. But it's always a fun experience.

I would be more excited for Lunar New Year if it weren’t happening almost every time I visit Disneyland lol. I enjoy it, but the time of year I can typically visit is always during LNY and so I’m looking forward to the day I can visit during a different celebration.

That said, I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t enjoy it if it’s not a normal thing for them! The costumes are great, the food is good, and it’s an experience unique to DL if you’re normally a WDW visitor like I have been for most of my life. I especially loved it the first few years I got to experience it.

I didn’t say I was looking forward to “normal”; I said I was looking forward to experiencing a “different celebration.” If it’s normal vs LNY, then LNY is good for me.

It looks like the food is getting really good reviews this year. My husband and I watched Ordinary Adventure's vlog about it on YouTube last night, and we're getting excited!!

I saw some reels the lines for food are really long!

I was suppose to be going this week but due to the bad weather have had to delay my trip to next week ! Can’t come quick enough! Looking forward to meeting the characters!
