More WCC questions from my parents!

Do guests receive all of the meats advertised on the skillet?
Can they just request chicken & ribs?
If they want more, can they request a different meat? ie. chicken and brisket as a second helping?

You can request to have a meat left off, yes. The default is getting everything.
You can also request specific refills.

No desert the times I eat it. Also, the meats on there are there probably 90% of the time. Sometimes, either through supplier difficulties or just plain because the smoker/cook had something go wrong, they have to change it. I have posted it before, but one time we did not get the chicken. We did however get the pulled pork, ribs, brisket and sausage. As a replacement for the chicken, they asked each table if they wanted a pail (like what the salad comes in) of peel and eat shrimp. Didn't really fit in, but it was nice of them and we did eat a few, or rather I ate the whole dang bucket...

DH and I ate there this fall and we wanted more of just the pork and mashed potatoes, so that is all that was brought for our refill.

Desert is ala carte from the desert menu.

You tend to get a bit of everything but when they ask what more you want you can just request the meats you want more of and not the others. They used to do a dessert sampler type thing but now it is just choose one from the menu. I swaear the best thing about the whole meal is the mashed potatoes (Although the rest is fine also!)
