Whispering Canyon?

OK, I've seen pictures of the food and I've read people's posts about it.

Where is this restaurant? I'm only 3 weeks away from my Disney Vacation. Would it be impossible to get a reservation here this close to departure?

Do try to get an ADR ! We LOVED it. We just went to WC for our first time this March. It is in the Wilderness Lodge. You can get there by taking the ferry from MK over to the WL. Or a bus to WL too. It's real easy. Then you just walk up the walkway into the WL and head UP towards the lobby. It was our first night and we were tired and hungry and the children just loved it there, as did we. We had a nice waitress and we never felt rushed in the least... if anything it seemed like they would have been happy if we'd stayed longer! I tasted the kids milkshakes and they were GREAT. We got the skillet to share and kids meals and were very full! ENJOY if you can get in!!

We loved it! We had an ADR for lunch. It was the first place we went right after we got off the plane, and there were only two other families there at the time. We got lots of attention, but not so much that we couldn't handle it, as we have very shy girls. It was a great way to start the trip. My little one still talks about the huge drink Daddy got, and when the waitress threw a bunch of straws at us! We'll go back every time we go to Disney. The Smore's Dessert that the waitress strong-armed me into getting was probably the best dessert I've ever had. There are pictures of it on the dessert thread- oh my!! There's nothing better!

Our ds still blows straw wrappers at everyone since we went there. We really liked it and will be going back.

I just made a reservation lsat night for WC. There were not many times left at all. I got 8:50 at night...oh well!
