If multiple people order it, they will bring one platter to share, but each person who eats from it is charged the full price. Basically, the same as a buffet.
1) It is per person.
2) So, one person cannot order it and share it with another person who does order the platter.
4) That would be like two people going to a buffet and paying only for one person (I assume that is what you want to do).
1) No.
2) That is giving more food to the second person than which they paid.
3) Not fair to the restaurant.
NOTE: We have had people come to our Concierge Desk across the lobby almost screaming because they were charged for an extra platter. When we ask if they ate from the other's platter, they say, "yes." We reply, (kindly-gently-politely), "it was a righteous charge". Even calling a manager does not help. The second person took food for which they did not pay, and that is cheating the restaurant.
