Does anyone know if you order the skillet does everyone in your party have to order it, or if you have 4 people and 1 person wants another entree could you order the skillet for 3 and the other person could order their individual entree.

1 person at the table could order it and the others eat ala carte or any combination...they just adjust the portions they bring out for 2nds and thirds.

yup! only the people that want it order it, the ones that want something else order whhat they want. I wish there were a few more restaurants that did that at Disney! My DH and I like to get an "all you can eat" meal once and a while when we're there, but my girls (at least one of them) doesn't eat much at all, so paying over $10 for her to eat buffet is a waste of money!
