Whispering Canyon and 1900 Park Fare

DD and I are going to try both of these on our next trip. I have never been to the WL or GF. Are these places easy to find once I get to the resort. I hate it when I don't know where I am going. We are doing Chef Mickey's too, but I think I can find that one.

Whispering Canyon
If you walk into the lobby from the front entrance (bus stop), the restaurant is on your left hand side. Can't miss it.
If you come in from the boat dock. Follow the sign to the lobby and it'll be on your right hand side (across from the check in desk).
It's an open restaurant.... can't miss it...

1900 Park fare
It is also in the lobby of GF.
If you walk in the lobby from the front entrance, it's on your left hand side. A little bit tucked in, but you should see a sign.
If you took the monorail, you have to take the stairs down to the lobby and then across to the restaurant.

If all else fails, find a CM and they'll help you...

We stayed at WL for the first time in Dec. and Whispering Canyon is a lot of fun! You'll love it. We did it for breakfast, but will be trying it again for dinner in May after my sister's wedding. I thought it was extremely easy and much fastter to take the boat from MK back to the WL. Not sure if it's the only option, be we loved it!

I can hardily recommend the all-you-care-to eat dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe. A little pricey at around $21 (the cost when we were there a couple of years ago) per person but we're STILL talking about the ribs and pulled pork! EXCELLENT!!!

If you're talking about parks, yes... MK is the only one.
But there are boats from Contemporary and Ft Wilderness to WL also.

1900 is in a corner (easy) and Whispering Canyon cannot be missed because it's open onto the lobby.

You can take a resort boat or a bus to WL from MK. Boat is fun & convenient if you have a little more time to spare time.

Yes, I am fairly certain you can take either a boat or bus from the MK to the WL. Or the boat launch from the Contemporary as well. The boat is a fun and relaxing way to get there!
