What theming are you really looking for? Is it seafood you want? If that's the case, Flying Fish, coral Reef, Fulton's Crab House, Portabello Yatch Club all come to mind, however, lots of Disney restaurants have seafood on their menus. Not really sure what theming you are referring to.
