Title asks it. If some worker from Disney were to come up to you and tell you that they were granting you your choice of a night in the Walt Disney World Dream Suite or a meal of your choosing at Club 33 in Disneyland, which would you choose? And, if you have done one or both of these, please feel free to still vote and tell us all about your experience.

I thought that the Dream Suite was in DL, not WDW. At any rate, I am not a foodie, so I'd take the suite.

Whatever that suite is called in Cinderella Castle is what I am referring to. Not sure what they call it, though.

Cool - then I would definitely pick the suite. That would be amazing.

ETA - At one point there were rumors of a suite being opened above PotC - one of Walt's old workshops. Wonder what came of that.

Dream suite for DD, not even a question. She is a Disney nut.

I would love both but unfortunately that wasn't an option:p:goodvibes

A night in the suite gets my vote!

A night is Cinderella's suite! I don't even know what Club 33 is (not familiar with DL at all) but a night in the suite would trump about anything. princess:

Really a tough one. For just me I'd pick Club 33 as I've never been to DL, love food, and wine and would make it a three hour meal. ;) If I had the kids with me though it'd have to be the suite. However, you'd sleep through most but waking up in MK would be amazing.

My Dad actually got to eat at Club 33 several years ago. He works for Procter and Gamble and was on a business trip to CA and one of the execs was a member and had arranged for them to all go for lunch. He knows nothing about Disneyland, had never been before or since, but even he "got" how special it was. They ate and then went and rode PotC. Not a bad day at work!!

That being said, I'd pick the dream suite any day! :)

Suite. I can always eat at an overly snooty restaurant right here in Austin, but spending the night in the castle? Not a doubt in my mind.

They made a suite in the old-old gallery above POTC and it was used as a prize during the (two) Year(s) of a Million (two million) Dreams. I'm sure VIPs still get to stay there.

I'd choose Club 33. I've been there- BEST mai tai ever, and super-duper good food. As a vegetarian who knows it's hard to find really tasty stuff at restaurants sometimes, that's saying something.

Now if you offered me a *week* in one of the suites, that would be different. I always felt like I might actually turn *down* the suite prize, because you're sleeping through most of the experience, and then you have to leave in the morning. What fun is that? When I'm in a fancy schmancy hotel room/suite, I want to experience all there is about that place, and one night, when you had other plans for that day and might not want to give up those plans, wouldn't be worth it for me. But a week; now we're talking.

suite for sure - have eaten at club 33 and while it was great to be in there the food was nothing special and have had better meals elsewhere

Oh, most definitely staying in the Castle! That's like my ultimate Disney World dream, being able to stay in that suite in the castle like a real Disney Princess. :lovestruc

Now if only they'd build a resort with either (or both!) walking or monorail access to the MK that's themed like a Castle...

Even though I've never been, I know several people who have eaten in Club 33, and some have gone more than once. The Dream Suite is much more exclusive and I don't even know a friend of a friend that has stayed there. So besides it being a longer experience, I'd pick that one for pure bragging rights.

Except millions of people (including myself) have been in that space while it was the Disney Gallery. ;)

suite....DL or WDW either one would be great!
Have dined at Club 33 already

I chose the suite because I have already been blessed with two trips to Club 33 by an extremely generous man. :pixiedust:
