Which would you do? HRH or RPR?

I have ressies at RPR for the 27th (happens to be my birthday) for $159 using Florida resident dates. I just got an email announcing APH discounts and RPR is still high but HRH is available with pool view for $179. I have stayed at both and this trip will be a solo business based trip with HHN RIP as a side benefit. RPR or HRH?
Another dilema- The arrival night hotel? Hotwire has Crowne Plaza Universal for $65 and the Peabody for $116. I just received a hand signed with note birthday card from the Peabody staff. The P or CPU?

We are just back from HRH and we LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!! I would highly suggest it.

That's a great rate at the HRH, go for it.
If there are any problems (late checkin, noisy neighbors), it won't be as bad since you are solo. Just be sure you have the new ressie in place before you cancel what you have.

As for the Peabody Vs. the CP, you'll only be in the room for the evening. That's a $50 differance you can use for drinks. You just gave them $50 worth of advertising in this thread, so don't feel guilty if you book the CP.

Motherfletcher:
For the $20 difference in rates I would call it a wash and stay at whichever one you liked better in the past.
BTW, I didn't get an AP newsletter, could you post it or summarize for me please? Thanks. I am looking to book another trip in either Jan, March or early May.

Heres a cut and paste of the APH email.
