My vote would have to go to the arcade at the Food 'N Center. I have not seen every Resort arcade but from what I have read the one at the Contemporary is the biggest one in all of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels & has a lot of cool games to play.

The CR's arcade wins IMHO. I've never stayed there, but my mom would take my brother and I to that arcade a lot when I was little. It's amazing how much we've visited the CR over the years and we've never stayed there.

My 12 year old GS says, Contemporary....no question. He's stayed at All 3 All Stars, Pop Century, POR/Dixie Landing, AKL, WL, BC, BW and CR. On the other side, AKL and BW are the worse. After CR, he says the Value Resorts are probably the next best ones.

My husband and I had a great time at the Beach Club's arcade last year while we were waiting to be seated at Beaches and Cream. They have this Jurassic Park game that we both like, and we could play it together. It probably isn't one of the nicest on property though. I had a good time there though!

I can only comment on Pop's arcade, but it is pretty fun... we have spent lots o dollars in that place!

Can anyone tell me if CR's arcade has the ticket redemption games? My DS loves those... also is it near the bar? We are having dinner at he Concourse one night, and thought DS(11) could visit the arcade while DH and I have a few libations!

The arcade at CR is on the lobby level and the bar is on the 4th fl. level.
After CR the best/biggest arcade is POR. The arcade there is just down the hall from the lounge/bar and they have live entertainment in the lounge that is great for adults and kids.

Contemporary has the best arcade of all the resorts. As far as parks go (if you were wondering) the arcade next to Space Mountain in Tomorrowland is awesome!

hmmm I seem to remember the Easter Bunny putting a game arcade card into DSs Easter Basket - think we'll need to stop at the Contemporary during our stay at VWL

We went to CR last May and got in late one night from a park. We wandered in to the arcade and all the coin slots were taped off and the CM on duty said all games were free....dont know if this is a normal thing or not but we played for hours!!

For the short time we had to use the arcades, my boys enjoyed the one at AKL (It had those rechargeable cards that were dangerous, because they'd run out of money so I'd just put the room key in the machine and get more credits)...All the games worked unlike the one at the poly where we lost $$$ in a matter of minutes.

We'll have to try the CR

YES, this is why my grandson says it's the best one. He was so disappointed at AKL and BWV recently. He wanted to zip over to CR so he can play. In October we're at the WLV and I can see him now getting on the boat to go over to CR to visit the arcade.

Contemporary, definitely! Pop Century's comes in a close second.

I was very disappointed with Boardwalk's arcade...you would think it would be nicer with cooler games but nay, I was bored.

Oh! We also had a fun time at Poly's arcade...except someone stole the disc from the air hockey table. :(

Yeah! We're staying there 2 nights our next trip, so will definitely check it out. :thumbsup2
