I think my top pick would be Tower of Terror. I can't imagine going to Disney and not riding it. It is the very first and very last ride I do on all of my trips.

These are the rides that bring back my childhood memories of Disney. The park wouldn't be the same without them. A few have already gone to their final resting places. Rides that are gone but not forgotten include:
20K Leagues
Mission to Mars
Wings of Man
The Old Tiki House
