Which US hotel has been redone recently?

Of the 3 hotels, which has been updated recently? Which has the newest carpets, bedding etc...
I really dislike rundown rooms.

They have all been redone in the past couple of years. Royal Pacific just finished at the end of last year, Hard Rock finished last spring.

The renovations are great in all three hotels. They also have new coffemakers and flat screen tv's.
