Which two should we drop??

If this were my list, I'd drop Biergarten and Chefs de France. Why? Biergarten's atmosphere was fun, but the food wasn't very good. Chefs de France was only good, and if I'm paying those prices, I want great. I'd walk over to the Flying Fish Cafe at the BoardWalk instead.

Of the others on your list, I've only been (twice) to Akershus, which my wife and I thought was excellent. The kids didn't care for their buffet, but that's why they also offer the typical kid's menu.
